Breakfast (can it even be called breakfast if you wake up at 11:30?): Leftover chicken fried rice scooped up with Roasted Corn Doritos. Yes, you read that right, Doritos.
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Jelly Crackers
Evening Meal: In lieu of having a real dinner, Heather and I decided to walk around the downtown basement market and pick up “bits and bobs” that looked appetizing. The result: one small doughnut, multiple trips to the “try a sample” cookie stand, tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) curry, a few dumplings and ingredients for an apple, cheese, and cracker plate.
